THE MAKERS MARK COLLECTION

Traditionally, a hallmark is far more than a simple stamp. It is a mark of authenticity—a quiet signature that tells the story of a piece's origin, the purity of its precious metal, and the maker who brought it to life. For centuries, these tiny impressions have connected craftsmanship with legacy, preserving the history of an object long after it has left the maker's hands. They are an official stamp, with a history stretching back to the 1300 when King Louis IX issued the earliest recorded decree requiring goldsmiths to stamp their creations with a specific maker’s mark.

The Maker's Mark Collection was born from a quiet fascination with the antique hallmarks found on timeworn sterling silver. More than simple stamps, these delicate impressions are whispers from another era—symbols of authenticity, craftsmanship, and the hands that shaped each piece before it began its journey through time. Captivated by their beauty and the stories they carry, I wanted to honour this centuries-old tradition in my own way. Each ring in this collection is handcrafted in sterling silver and individually hand-stamped with my own maker's marks, creating a modern heirloom that celebrates the imperfect beauty of the handmade. These stamps though not offical celebrate the beauty in the tradion . Every mark is a small signature of intention, of inperfection—a reminder that the objects we treasure are not only made, but remembered.
