Our Makers Mark bands are a result of years of obsession and passion towards antique jewellery. I have been fascinated by the hallmarks found on vintage and antique jewellery and wanted to create a ring that honoured my favourite parts of that heritage- the hallmarks! I designed a collection of stamps to adorn the surface of these rings. Each a tell of whole made the ring and its story this far.
These rings have been crafted using sterling silver shaped, filed ,polished and hallmarked by hand.
No two rings will ever be the same given the nature of sandcasting. I also handstamp each hallmark which can result in a different sequence or depth to each stamping. The variety and uniqueness is the element i love most about the way I craft jewellery and hope you admire it to.
