These Earrings have been made using an authentic US buffalo Dollar coin. Minted between 1913- 1938 .Designed by James Earle Fraser, a student of legendary sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens, the Indian Head/Buffalo nickel design showcases the native beauty of the American West.
These coins are nearly 90 years old. I adore keeping old pieces of history alive by creating something wearable today for everyday life.
